I agree with the idea of being able to sell vehicles. A good way to explain this idea is that all vehicles are equip with a bomb to blow themselves up if needed lol.
Having galaxite on the ground after blowing up a miner would work, since miners carry galaxite. But that isn't so for other vehicles. What do you think of the idea that destroying tanks would create "metal" (or some material the tanks are created from) that could be picked up by miners (or maybe even a special miner like a "metal miner") and taken to a recycling building to be converted to credits. But I think that however destroying your own tank yields currency, it should yield less currency if the unit has less health. If all troops yielded the same currency, people might use a unit for battle, then bring it back with low health and blow it up for money; the tank isn't is worth much in battle if it has low health, so it's "trade in" amount should be worth less as well.
