I know D3 Sampler was part of the WI demo back when it was a paid game on pocket pc and palm. The free version of wi (the demo) had three maps -- D1, D2, and D3. D1 and D1 are the same as M1 and M2. But why wasn't D3 included in the main story? I know it would have to be slightly modified (since it has level text saying you can buy the full version to continue playing. If someone just bought the game they wouldnt get to play it (and now that its free for iOS, people don't know to play it unless they look for it in add ons) and that map has a good bit of important story info; mostly about advanced units.
