The leaderboard could take your games won and divide it by your games played. Then reduce the fraction and put it in ration form. For example, my win lose ration (currently) is 7:8 (rounding a little). It wouldn't be too hard to add the code to the leaderboard to have it figure out and display every's win / lose ratio.
