It looks like he's wearing jeans, so that image is of a man likely after the 1950's.

I don't know much about it. All I know is the image was part of a larger image (a band poster). So the guy was a singer.

Thats the guy in the picture? I looked up Jimi Hendrix and he doesn't look like the guy in the picture.

I don't think it's Jimi Hendrix. Jimi's nose is fatter than the guy in a the pic lol.

It was sarcasm, at one point he had a similar style, but its definitely not him.
