Chatting form other Devices

I'd like a way to chat in the chatroom form other devices. Sometimes I'm on my computer but can't use my phone and I wanna get on and chat.
Maybe this could be linked with a forum chat box idea. Like there'd be a chatbox at the bottom of the forum and when you log into it, you can chat with people who are in the game chatroom and of course other people who are on the forum chatting in the game. This would allow you to be able to chat on any device with an internet browser and a network connection.
