01: Download "Backgrounder" from Cydia
02: Open backgrounder and go to "Overrides"
03: Tap "edit" and then "add"
04: Find WI in the list and tap it
05: Now, tap it again (you will be in a different menu)
06: Under "Backgrounding method" tap "Forced"
07: Flip all the switches in the list to "on" except "Enable at Launch" you
08: want that one off
09: Tap Back two times
10: Now tap "Control (via Activator)"
11: Select an activation method to your liking
12: Use the way to turn on or off backgrounding for WI while the app is open
