App on both iPhone 4S and iPad 2G keeps crashing. Very frustrating!!!

I have 98 apps on my iPod. Which app are you asking about? Lol.
If you were asking about warfare inc, it crashes some times (2g iPod btw) but mostly when I have a lot of apps running in the background (native multi tasking). Try getting rid of apps running in the background before you open warfare inc.

That Is Only Possible By Using Cydia Tweaks Via Jailbreaking your iPod
The iPod Touch 2G Dosent Support Multitasking, Along with the first Touch.

But I would'nt recommand it, it'll make your ipod/ipad crash more then usual

I did not use cydia... I used snowbreze to jailbreak the iPod. And while I was making the "custom iOS" with it, you could pick things.
1 Native Multi Tasking (you already know what it is)
2 Battery% (battery% in upper right)
3 Background (pic behind apps)
So I checked the boxes, it bult a "custom iOS" with thoes things encluded, I did a shift + restore in iTune, and waazzaamm I had those things on my iPod. Plus cydia was on the iPod now.
So actuly Sam, I did not use cydia tweaks to do it.
Warfare does crash every so often, but it mainly crashes on me in one of my maps where I did the triggering wrong. But not always.
