(Sticky?)
Knelson, good job on your missions! They're fun!
Why don't you make a long campaign? With the quality of your missions it'd be killer.

I thought about making a mission pack and a posted a question about what was better mission packs or individual levels. The majority of people who responded said that levels where better so I went with the majority. I have 2 more levels that are 90% completed. In one I'm introducing a new concept that I haven't seen used before.

Excellent mission, very challenging. With very little galaxite available, this definitely requires tactics and patience, rather than brute force.

In this mission, if Andy shot at towers at the left side of the main base (the one near the bottom), he will be out of conrol!

After you establish your base proceed to attacking the enemies bases. There are 4 enemy bases. Take them out one by one. Before attempting to attack the base in the lower right corner build a sizeable army. Attack from only one vantage point and make sure you at least reach the front entry to the base. Otherwise it's lights out.

if andy is near enough to the tower and shot it down, he may be out of your control, ie. you can not direct him to his start position. I can reproduce this on my device and emulator.

By the way,

This is a well designed mission. I can not complete it even I have a sizable army at its main base's gate, where, groups of enemy suddenly come from nowhere, repeatly.

Please see the attachment.

Liberator, I had to remove your screenshot attachment because it was being added to the mission list on this page: http://www.handmark.com/warfare/missions.php

I think I know what you are talking about. I have seen it happen several times when testing the mission. There are enemy units sitting on the cliffs. If you try to attack them depending on your position Andy will try to go all the way around to the front of the base to attack the unit.

This is normal WI behavior. You must keep your eye on Andy and make sure he doesn't drift in enemy territory. This will lead to a loss of game as Andy is destroyed almost immediately as he enters the enemies territory.

If you would like some hints on defeating this level please take a look at my previous posts in this thread.

Sorry, I don't think it's normal. As I select Andy and order him to go to a safe place, he just ignore my command and goes to enemy's heavily guarded gate.

Are you sure you actually selected Andy? Because he's moving its hard to click on Andy individually. I usually click and drag over the area Andy is in instead of trying to click on him. Once he is selected you should see his health meter.

Of cause I selected Andy. I can see his healthy indicator, I can order him to move and he says "OK", however, he moves downward and goes to enemy's gate.

I tried for another 4 hours, but I can't complete the mission. when I send andy alone, I can get near the bottom gate. If I send group of my army, enemies keep generate, repeatly.

At last, the bug I reported here has been removed in version 1.2. That's great! Andy will never get out of control, and, it seems that andy has higher intelligence: when a enemy guard(holding a automatic rifle) and broadsword approach to him, he knows to pick off the guard first, which is a great threat to him.

Obviously, the development team noticed the bug. The program 's stack size is now set to 6K, it's enough.
