How do you upload images to clan page to post the clan emblem and etc...

Have you searched the forum? Have you searched google? Have you searched YouTube?

Emblem is just a nick name for avatar
Avatar is just a nick name for profile picture
Profile picture is just a nick name for picture.

That should help with your searching...

Say I make a picture on art app on desktop I save then do I copy and paste

Theres lots of tutorials out there as wonder has said look tham up, WI has nothing different from other clan pages/forums if you want to upload a picture/avatar what you need to do is either sign up to photobucket so you can upload your picture online and the you need to get (i think the url) from that picture and past it in what ever forum you want. also WI fourms have made it so the avatars need to be 80x80 to comfirm for the avatar
