I tried to install the "m.exe", but he says to need a file : mscoree.dll
Where can I find it ?

Take a look at the "read me" file that you downloaded. It will provide the URL needed to obtain the .dll that you are missing.

install .NET framework from windows update. That helps a lot ... :D
