Can anyone explain what WI was like in 2009 for the people who weren't there?

No chat moderation (which for a while was fine until some trolls began to join the game), weekly chats with scottlu the creator (it was during one of these chats that someone filled the room with the F word which caused the creation of mods). Legendary players such as Warkilla, Ring0r, etc dominated the leaderboard, you could play against anons and earn points (and anon numbers went up to 9999), being able to build under minimap (which many mapmakers tried to prevent by adding scenery to the bottom right). Two servers; an American one and a European one. Crackerz and his first innovative "UMS" maps such as Frag n' Tag came out, and everyone always used to mass hydras.

Can anyone tell me when the 3 minute rule got implemented?

It was awsome,,, we can pump all day evryday with out being Noticed.
2009 is the best year of WI.
No Mods(means no restiction)
No chat mods( means mor fun)

2009 Was Easly One Of My Fave Years
The Trolling Ruled The Chatroom With Noone To Stop Them
Ring0r, Unknown And Many Legends Were Ruling The Chatroom
And Scott Played!

Until 2012 hes still a noob..
At that year i had a chance to' play with scottlu hes rating was 12xx

Scottlu why don't you play a little once a week or someThing Coz threeminutes out of your time I don't think the world will blow up for you if you do a Match or two and it will show that even the creators play their own game and people want to have a match with you as many people have said
