Ive been playin the game and only found the upgrade option 1 time !! i havent been able to upgrade my (HRC) and my tanks shop!! am i doing something wrong and im on mission 11 right now but cant seem to upgrade to rocket men or big fighter tanks !!! thank alot !!!! newbie

You need to build a research and development center to upgrade your human and vechile buildings

I haven't played the mission in awhile but this page should help you.

if its grey then you can't use it if its not their then you can't use it. since you upgraded before, its always in the same spot if you for got where its at then play mulitplayer mod every map their your be able to upgrade.

Not playing in multiplayer and it seems they only play single

Join us on multiplayer maps...

Maybe they want to finish basic training first. (I think he's still training :lol: )
