I can't seem to be able to import any mission packs. I clicked File but the option to import the mission pack is not there. I need to import a pack to learn how to create a mission pack. Can anyone help me?

You have installed the older version of the mission editor. The newest version of the mission editor, which includes the ability to import mission packs, can be found at http://www.warfareincorporated.com/xyzzy/viewtopic.php?t=3168.
