I cannot get into multiplayer!!!!!

for some reason the game won't let me on multiplayer without being an anonymous player. Plz help!!!

Please check to make sure you are using your correct password. To do so, launch the app, go to Play → Multiplayer → Forgot Account, and then enter in your username, email, and the Captcha information. Then, check the email tied to your username and you will recieve your password. If you are in fact using the correct password, try changing your password on the forum. To do that, log into the forum, go to "Profile" at the top, and enter the required fields under the "Registration Information" section. Let me know if you have any further problems or questions.

It still says player athentication blah balh blah try to log in as an anonymous player!

After sidekick willingly allowed me to try the account out for myself (which worked) and gathering information on his device, I concluded that a simple software update for his device and an update to WI should fix the problem.
