Ive mistakenly deleted the app, then i redodonwload it to' 1.6 version and it says file already exist,( but i dont have it) so ive try 1.5 i downloaded it succesfully but theres no multiplayer, si ive try to' upgrade it to' 1.6 but it keeps saying file already exist..

can any one help?

this topic is double posted
try rebooting, that should clear the springboard up.
also supposing your jailbroken you can allays use ifile to manually delete the hidden files.
if not you could try an iTunes sync and see if that fixes it.
or try a restore, then sync back to that iTunes library so you still have all your apps and music.
