Thanks for writing that up, Colt.

Upon request, general sense and right of public knowledge, this topic has been made sticky. Please note that Colt's post is subject to periodical modification in order to reflect on movements within the moderation and administrative structure.

I would also like to note that scottlu, Sub-Zero, and myself (N@te) are forum administrators. This means that we have undisclosed extended forum capabilities, such as the Ranks System, the creation and deconstruction of (clan) forums, and moderator powers on all forums.

A brief description of administrators can be found in the FAQ, in this section.
