how do i increase the green boundries to make a larger map

The maximum size that a map can be is 62 by 62. If you try doing 63 by 63, it will glitch out and your map will not work properly (if at all).

The really interesting maps are the smaller, yet more complex ones. For instance, take a look at MILES Laser Tag FOX by "trineroks", which can be found in Minipax 3!
