because at the moment side two can attack side 1 and side 1 cannot attack side two.
also if the point of the last trigger is to top up each players credits when they're too low then make a trigger like:
all sides selected
conditions: current side has at most 300 credits
actions: current sides credits set 99999
preserve trigger
all the replicators are off, if you want them on you should make a trigger thats activated at mission loaded and turns all side neutrals replicators to on.
