Can't enter keycode

I just purchased WI this afternoon and I can't enter a keycode. I have a new T3 with no hacks.

I was able to play the demo with no difficulty, but now that I have the full version (installed via Mac from CD) it doesn't allow me to enter the keycode as the screen seems frozen. I can occasionally get it to accept a single 'tap' but I can't get past the 3rd character.

Any ideas?
