i was trying to jail break my ipod and i tried it and i thought my ipod died so i restored factory settings and down loaded my stuff and i ran the program agen and saw i needed to hold the home button and the power and gave up and tried to restore the settings and my stuff and I CANT dono what to do .

info : my ver is 4.0.1 . i tried www.jailbreakme.com but that didn't work so i did limera1n . and wen i tried to restore it nothing happens it just says pluged to your pc . PLEAS HELP

When I jailed broke my iPod I had to hold the off button and the home button in some kinda of a order I coulden't do it but( I tried 3 times ) my brother did it on his first try. (( try having someone else do it for you))

I hope you did it more then once call your mom or dad or friend tell them to try it for you.
