Defend Jana's shuttle until time runs out.

Finally you gain control of Andy himself. You are sent in alone to find Jana's shuttle and rescue her.
1) You begin in the northwestern corner with Andy alone. The key to Andy is playing a cat and mouse game. He can take out all units, except for the liberator, and not big groups. Infantry are his prey. The key is to move quickly and avoid combat, and heal. You begin with a fork in the road, either up a hill or staying on the road. Take the left side. Beware of patrols in the area, and take out any as necessary, but avoid big battles. Head to the southwest corner.
2) Begin moving along the bottom of the map, and be prepared to fight an almost unavoidable broadswords and two rocket troopers. Kill the infantry first, then dispatch the broadswords. Heal up if necessary, then continue to hug the map until you reach the river crossing.
3) Cross the river, avoiding or, if you are at full health, destroying the two patrolling broadswords, and head to the southeast corner.
4) Wait near the galaxite as a bullpup emerges from the north. Kill it, and in the meantime you may alert 3 guards and a rocket trooper. Kill them as well.
5) Quickly progress north. Don't worry, there aren't any enemies to worry about as you continue north. To your left you may notice towers and the rest of OMNI's base. AVOID THE BASE. It is not necessary to start a fight with this base, or destroy it.
6) As you head north you will come across a crashed ship. Run to it and you will speak to Jana, who requests protection for 10 minutes. You will be given a few units to help.
7) If you have not done so, change your game speed to make the timer run quicker. Go to MENU ---> OPTIONS. A bar for game speed will be there, and adjust it to 8x for the quickest rundown.
8) Very close to the southeast of the shuttle is a hill. Place Andy on the hill, on the side closest to the path. Andy has a large range and will fire on units from this hill. Position him accordingly. Place your reinforcements on top of the shuttle, so they may eliminate any units who Andy doesn't apprehend. Don't be too hasty, as your units should be preserved, but keep them fighting, because more will show if these are destroyed.
9) Prevent any units from getting to the shuttle within 10 minutes to win

In some cases, its better people don't know who voted what. But then the flip side is people can pump a vote with several accounts.

Write it in the Enhancement Requests then, but I doubt anything would happen.
