Your mission is to destroy the enemy base.

1) Set up mining operations. Preferably move the dominion a little southwest, in a tight crevice next to a river and hill, so you limit the options OMNI has to attack you with, and so you are closer to the galaxite, which is plentiful here
2) OMNI will send periodic waves of guards and eagles. Dispatch them accordingly. 
3) It is advised to use your eagles and guards as scouts, seeing as how they won't be necessary down the road. Defog the map, avoiding the south east, where OMNI's base is located.
4) Once mining is underway, build a vts or 2 and begin construction on broadswords. These units are perfect against the numerous towers OMNI has placed, and with enough will be sufficient to destroy the entire OMNI base. Rocket troopers are newly available through an upgraded hrc, but unnecessary for victory.
5) I found an attack from the southwest moving towards southeast was much easier. Begin assault after approximately 20 broadswords are built.
5) Destroy all buildings and units to win

Why don't we just dispatch 2 or 3 broadswords to destroy the enemy Bullpups, since they come out of their base to mine galaxite.
