At the beginning of my game I have a message:
"This is a beta version. The full version will come soon. Email Verdagon@aol.com for more details."

but when it's displayed in an ecom, the "@a" part of my email address is taken out and a new line starts. So it ends up like this:
"This is a beta version. The full version will come soon. Email Verdagon
ol.com for more details."

Is there something I'm missing?

Maybe they use @ as a new line mark.

Yeah... is there some sort of like %23 or something like that that we can type in, and it'll appear as an "@"?

@ is used as an escape code for some minor format control options. Try @@ to get a single '@'.
