Error lasso selecting Replicator

A friend who was testing one of my levels came across a problem when he tried to lasso select units that were close to a Replicator. If you make a lasso selection that includes the Replicator, the Palm Tungsten T3 running v. 1.0a gives this error message:

"Fatal Alert

Emul68KMain.c, Line:438, line 1010 exception at address 00BAEFC8"

I have tried to do the same in a very small test level I have made, and the same error comes there. I have also tried this on my own T3 with the same result. We tested one of the levels that came with the game that has a Replicator, and that did not produce an error.

This happens only with the lasso selection option checked.
