It was a blast making the OutLaws back in late December of 2009, and it was wonderful leading the clan with kilik through the months it has lived. However, in the past couple of months I feel as though it has become weaker and less applicable as a clan. Not enough time and effort was spent on it, and because of that it was just left as is. Recruiting attempts were rare, and leadership was scarce. Most of the members became inactive, and a couple left, so there is just a small amount of active members remaining. From this, I hereby declare the OutLaws shut down. The few remaining active members are free to join any clan of their desire. I do hope to rebuild this clan once again with kilik, if he ever gets the opportunity to play this game again. I will also just be flying solo for now; without being in any clan. It was a great 7 months, and a great experience, but at the end of the day, I believe this is the right thing to do. I wish good luck to all current and future clans, and I would like to remind everybody to please be respectful of other clans. Finally, I give my gratitude for anybody who was ever an OutLaw. Thank you for the gracious experience.

Awwww sheet a nother one dies. Another good clan died I rember those clam days like it was yesterday. :-(.

Well I do have to say that the outlaws really never tried to recuite players. That could had been the down fall of inactive players. Or not enough players.

Idk I think that it can with more active players but with more and more other clans trying to be made it might be hard to recruit if needed
