if you made a map, first extract it. open your map in the editor, and click file. There should be a drop down menu and a choice called EXTRACT MAP PACK.
After you extract the map, go to the forums and the mission sharing section. click the NEW TOPIC and type in the title of your mission in the SUBJECT field, and type in descriptions in the message body. afterwards, scroll down to ADD AN ATTACHEMENT and find your .pdb map file, then click ADD ATTACHEMENT. make sure your post is stickied!
The map will take around 5 - 10 minutes to pop up on the in-game download menu
