Of course the question makes sense. He means, what are the chances of you meeting someone else with a PDA, with Warfare Inc., and ahve teh time to play? Luckily I have about four others I know that I can play against.

I have a friend that I see everyday, he has warfare. So I'll definitely find someone to play with.
Also, another one of my friends is getting one.
