Hmmm, heres a thought: I wonder what the limit is? A million? A billion? And what would happen if there was no limit and we entered an absurd number of didgets? Lol

update: I found da limit, its 999999999 and the negative limit is -999999999 give or take a few digits, would i get in trouble if scott found out or something? cause it only affects the numbers on the screen, (as far as i know....)
and i just made scary movie, it is not a game just a flashing screen and people screaming  scary!!!!

I'm pretty sure you can't get below 0 on any map. And no, Scott would not get mad at you if you set the positive limit as its max. That's actually the best way to start off an unlimited budget map (with some added triggers to keep it going).

no he's talking about the max amount of players the map shows (ie. RANDOM MAP! players: 4 - 999999999)
if you look at his maps he made it so his player limit is 4 - 500, although the max is 4 players. His strategy works tho, because the game "thinks" that there are a larger number of max players, it places his games at the top of the custom mission tab

Nope, I'm 99% sure that his maps are at the top because they are aphalbetically sorted. U seem pretty good at this strobe

ok, i have created a basic map that will work (may even be fun  ) this map has a number of players of 2-999999999 and a name that is not alphabetically first (starts with an h) if this map is at the top (or underneath my other maps) it means trineroks is correct, if not lawrence is right

Strobe can you please modify your maps so that they has a legit player limit? The 999999999 gets kind of annoying with the gray text, and when it shows up on the game selection. It is way too big, and takes up quite a bit of the screen. Plus, when you go into the game it overlaps the Game speed part. It is not all about getting your map on top. A fair warning to everybdoy: Do not have your minimum players less than 1, and do not have your maximum players more than 4. If I start to see this a lot, your map will simply be deleted from the post, and you will recive a pm. I hope I don't have to get to that point.

Less than or equal to 4 for maxplayers is ok.
For example:
Min players 2, max players 4 means 2-4 players.
Min players 2, max players 3 means 2-3 players.
Min players 2, max players 2 means 2 players.
etc.

yeah actually nate... if u just think about it, theres no harm cept the number of players go offscreen. its not like he made a rigged map or sumthin

I noticed that the number of players is correct at the game lobby, ie 2-4 players. And the 2-99999999 players can only be seen once the game has been joined. It dosent sound too harmful in my opinion. But if you are planning to fix broken maps I'd reccomend fixing the ones that have real problems. Like that zombie map strobe made, no end mission triggers

Yeah I noticed that Lawrence. Zombie doesn't have end mission triggers. Unfortunately I can only quarantine maps by map pack, and not individually, so if both of these problems don't get fixed soon, this map pack will have to be in quarantine. By soon I mean by the end of the weekend.

ok guys, I have taken all your opinions into carfeul thought, here is what i can see: Put end mission triggers in Zombies---and make the number of players small as to not cover up the game speed.
I have done both of these things
Dosent It feel good ruining peoples fun N@te?
