I'm waiting on the quarantined players to reply and agree to the PMs. However long that takes! I've sent PMs to all of them.

Maybe there should be, if they don't care enough to fix their account, then why should you?

Their account is blocked from the leaderboard until they agree to the point deduction.
If they don't agree, the account remains blocked.
Why does there need to be a deadline?

Their scores have been adjusted to remove the cheating points.
Any other complaints?

While those accounts are quarantined, do they still get deductions for inactivity? I lost a lot of points for that but I don't care much since it's my fault for not being able to play often anyway. But does the same rule apply to those quarantined accounts (no offense guys, I'm just asking) since it's done due to whatever reason it is they did that caused it?

Score pumping accounts had the points related to pumped games subtracted. How much depended on the account, because some had more pumped games than others.
The deduction due to inactivity is not related to score pumping. The inactivity rule affects any player and is documented on the leaderboard's About page.
