Ya that is really irregular that it is over 300KB, but maybe the fact that I can't import it affects it. And yes, I know everything is good on my end, I've imported about probably 30 misson packs (yes I counted) before, and this one come up with an error. It's a big long list of stuff. Something must have gone wrong when "PANCAKEPVT" exported it.
