Make artillery tanks fixable in place

... would be cool.

In other words, you could move a unit of them to a spot, then tell them to STAY there, intstead of chasing other units or whatever.

This would allow users to create mobile fire bases.

I say cool but. In a stailmate and the other person is a sleep beause they have to go to work the next day. They would set up their tanks like you said and I wonden't be able to lead his tanks into the pits of hell. Then I would had to leave. Because I didn't have enough tanks to beat him head on:-(

but in that senario you would have lost anyway, i think that feature would add another interesting dimension to the game, ps im think that it is possible to make missions that can include spawning units that will stay in one place and attack

dude its funny... cuz i was wondering if warfare could have a deploy system as well... lol

like cyclops deployed has longer range because cyclops, im sry but its range is crap yet its "artillery"

and transports can deploy their cargo and such

Lawerance I have won games by waiting for the other side to lagout. Or waited long enough to make them attack me even though they had more tanks I still won only because they attacked me. And they went though the tunnel.
