I want to replay the game, but all of my previous completed missions are still there. How do I clear them out and start working through them at another level? (I know I can replay it, but I want to see the missions complete as I do them again).

Well if you want to just completely erase everything then delete the app and repurchase it. It'll be free and you won't lose any online info, although you probably don't have any yet cause you just started today. The only thing is that you'ld have to redownload any add-on map if you have any.
