I set a trigger to spawn Andy on a condition that sideX miners can not find galaxites at areaX for sideX with 100 health.
Also on other triggers, I set sideX CAN upgrade units and units allow to built with Andy check for. And a HAS advance units upgrade conditions set to also allow units to be built.
There are 3 triggers total.
This should work. Just have not seen it happen yet, because the game never reached that far with all galaxites mined.
I tried to test that out once, but did not notice Andy spawn, he might have been overlooked among the many troopers out there.
All my maps are set to end this way. Andy will spawn at the original base area. To give an incentive for players to finish the game instead of sitting around for 4 hours for someone to lag out or drop out to win a match and gain 1-5 points only to lose 20 points the next game in 3 minutes and 1 sec to a Vet players playing as an Anon just to make my life miserable (this was before Anon was changed to neutral).
