I got a SD card with my iPAQ and would like to know to put Warefare on it and be able to run it. I copied the files to the card (the whole Handmark folder) and there was a problem when I tried to open it. It was some kind of application error. Is there a way to do it?

You should be able to launch the game from your SD card. Are you still having this problem? If so, what type of hacks are you running if any.

Palm will not see the program unless the PRC is in the right location.
on the SD card you will have a PALM folder and in that you will have a LAUNCHER folder. place the PRC in THAT folder palm/launcher no subfolders. then you will see it when you insert or select the card. Chris Taylor http://www.nerys.com/ |

^I'm playing on a Pocket PC, not a Palm. And I'm not running any hacks or anything. I just cut and past the whole folder to my SD card, and it won't open the game when I try to.

IF you cut n Paste WFI on to your SD card you may have to create a new shortcut for the .exe file.
- Using Active Sync to browse to the WFI folder located on the SD card. - Use the mouse to click and hold on the .exe file and select 'Create Shortcut'. - Click and hold on the short cut, select 'Cut'. - Browse to My device/Windows/programs/Start Menu/games - Paste the 'Cut ' Shortcut in to the folder (overwrite the existing file if necessary). You should now be able to select the short cut from your games menu by just clicking on it. Alternatively rather than cutting ‘n’ pasting the WFI folder on to the SD card. Copy and save your game saves in to a temp folder. Uninstall WFI (via Active sync e.g. tools/Add-remove programs. Then reinstall WFI remembering to select install to memory card rather than install to default destination. Hope this helps! |

OoP's!
Don't forget to Cut 'n' Paste any saved games files BACK in to the WFI file created on the SD card. That's how I got My WFI to play from a SD card on my Ipaq. |
