Dude these maps needs alot of work... I've done alot of maps but these have major issues, mnms has way to small a center to fight, the replicators don't work, wasteland gets rid of all ur money, jelly beans needs instructions and has too many obstacles, party mix doesn't last long enough for a rating affected battle. Those were the only ones I played but dude ur making them too fast!

Stop overreacting Galm I just fixed some of the errors u were talking about, but some I felt were vital to the game play, so I left them, Thnx for giving a hoot!

Lawrence, could you please fix PARTY MIX LARGE so that there are no units under the minimap? That is giving an advantage to cyan players. I'm going to block this map pack until it is fixed.

Let me know by PM when this is done and you've updated it, and I'll unblock.

    Thanks.

I just made the following games, which brings my game count to 24 if im not mistaken ;) : Squished, Layers, Springfield, multiple entries, tower of doom.
Id say that multiple entries is my most up to date map, in regards to my map making skills. I also am experimenting with a new concept on the tower of doom. Feel free to give me some constructive criticism, but please (!!!!!!!!!) tell mew if there are any bugs in my maps :P

Lawrence, can you please separate your maps into map pack with at most 10 maps in each? Since you have 40 maps in here, I'll give you two weeks to do it. This would be appriciated by me and the rest of the WI community.

    Thanks,

Is this just a show of power? Any reason why your doing this? And as a mod isn't your job to police spam ect? If people don't want to have all my maps then they can just delete them! I don't see why I should have to make multiple downloads for them therby increasing the time they have staring at the download box, that would not benefit the WI community now would it :) if any players don't like my maps they can just delete the pack.

well lawrence, ima have to go with nate on this one

theres a select few of your maps (and galms) that i really enjoy, but to play those maps shud i have to download all 40 of them and scroll thru the ENTIRE challenge missions pack to get them? not me. thats y i seperate mine into packs of ten (altho the first minipax had 13 maps)

I see what you mean trine, However I make maps to see my colection grow (40 :) ) so I purpose a solution to satisfy everyone. Putting my maps at the bottom of the game list. This can be done simply by changing the title. You would not have to scroll through them to get to other maps.

Lawrence, I like the idea of just simply putting your map at the botom of the list. I like your thinking. :D Easy work, and it still wouldn't take up much room in the map list. However, I may get complaints about having to scroll through all of the other maps to get to yours. If this does happen, then you will have to separate your maps. I really hope that this doesn't, but it is possible. For now putting your mission pack at the bottom of the list would be appriciated. Doing the little squiggley dash aka tilde (~) would do the trick. Maybe do "~SuperPack~" or something along those lines. Don't try to trick me though; seeing what mission pack is at the bottom and top is very easy to find! This goes for galm as well. You could either split you mission packs into packs of 10, or just simply make it so that they are at the bottom of the list. Either way is fine by me. As for trine, I would still like you to move three of your missions from your origanal "Minipax!" mission pack to your new "Minipax 3!" mission pack since it is only three maps. For all future mission packs: Please make your mission packs up to 10 maps in a pack only. More than that causes cluttering and complaints.

Remember that this discussion is open to everyone and anyone.
I encourage people to post their opinions, reasons, and facts on this problem since it is the greater of the community that will be affected.

Hmmmm, yeah..., hey just a warning to all map makers~ this may only apply to me, but when I open my mapcack of 41 maps, the map editor freezes (is that the word?) one map will be displayed in a corner and will have no exit or minimise options. I hope that this is only to do with my pc memory :)

Lawrence I can open up your mission pack. It's really slow and takes a long time, but it works. It sounds pretty weird what's happening on your end. Too bad you can't even open up your own mission pack.

Oh wow. You could maybe open each .ld file individually and see if that works. With 41 maps that will surely take a while, but it's worth the try if you have not done so already. Tell me how it works out.

Well I guess that really is the end then. I wonder if it's M and not your computer. Maybe M just can't handle more than 40 maps in a pack. Well what ever it is, I guess it's time for a SuperPack 2! Hooray! :D

Since today. I noticed that he was put on the mod list just tonight. Maybe just within the past hour. I'm not completely sure. Congratulations to Sub!

Yeah Im gonna keep trying. Hey trine, what I love about ur maps is the design, those nice squares they are in and the positioning of everything, it's really good :) my fav so far would have to be lasertag, even if it is a long game

Thanks Lawrence for renaming the topic. This will put it at the bottom of the list. I will ask no more from you. I am just curious though, why "temorary" SuperPack?

Well an answer to your prayed u guys, I am changing the rules to I and galm's game. The new rule is that our map count is now all of our maps added together. I'm planning to split my map pack after much consideration. However I've played around with my windows pc a little too much and now I think I have lost two of my maps permanently, and the recent update may have been a mistake as I have found copies of maps and a lack of a couple of maps.

so you are going to split the mappack? :D

and you said "The new rule is that our map count is now all of our maps added together." What does that mean? You and Galm are cooperating?

#1 theres no mission obj on what do do. so we were really lost and were jus running around the galaxite field

#2 after i resigned, i saw that there were 4 empty patches, but only ONE had an HQ

#3 cover up the bottom right corner please

    that is all :)

Thier 36 players that come to this form? I haven't seen that many here the most I see is two or three. No offence but maybe you should chill on the map making cause. It don't seem like people like your maps. I haven't played your map so I voted I didn't care. Sorry about that.

hmmm, I wonder why all the votes seem to come in batches? perhaps some losers who have multiple accounts to vote just want to critizise those that can do what they cannot.
and yes trine, I will fix that :) I didn't have a chance last night cause i was rushed to finish the map because I had to go to bed.

    Updated some maps-
put in neutral towers to the map TIC TAC TOE
Changed the timing on PML and PMLA (party mix large allies)
    Added these maps-
Hillside Attack, this is a 2 p map left vs right each side has a VTS HRS and upgrade center. with lines in the middle
Time Out, this map is 2-4 player ffa where every 2 min there is a 1 min break where all players become allies
