I have a IPAQ and Tungsten. Do I need to buy another copy of the game to install the game on each, or is it okay and not illegal for me to install to both using one cd I already bought?

The game should only be installed on one device at a time. If you wish to alternate devices or if you have upgraded and wish to port it to another device that is fine, but it should only be resident on once device at any given time.

Dude you don't have to ack all wead about it. and plus i and not going to buy it twice, that would be gay and plus what is the point

Well NO. you are right about the club but compleatly not the same thing. Big Club where it costs lots of money vs a game that is almost the normal price of a gameing consle game. and it dose not do every thing that those games do

By club i meant nightclub but i think thats just a UK / USA misunderstanding
Believe me i know where you are coming from but all i meant to point out originally was that its the same for any platform/computer out there. For me to use say Photoshop on my laptop i'm 'meant' to delete it from my PC and then install it on my laptop etc.
Maybe because of the 2 player feature there will be a cheaper option to buy a 2nd because of the 2 player option ??? That might be an idea
