How do you make a long briefing that isn't on the objective screen?

For single player you can use Ecoms. For MP you can't use Ecoms. You can either:

- use formal objective and show the formal objectives form
- use a non-formal objective to have text show at the top of the game screen
- show status that shows at the bottom of the game screen
