Hi folks
Just installed warfare two days ago and I'm just thrilled by it. However, it seems I've lost track of how to upgrade human resource center and the vehicle transport thing. In the first missions, I managed to upgrade things and get access to better soldiers and tanks.
Now, I am at mission #7 and I just can't work out how to upgrade my stuff. The research center just does NOT appear when I tap my Dominion Base.
And, one other thing. Can my dominion base go from stationary to mobile again? How do I do this.

Hello, I'm galm, ummm well ur problem is there's no problem that is on purpose, and I don't think u can bring back a dominion I'm 90 percent sure, and I hope to see u on multi soon.
