title says it all. anyone wanna help? PLEASE? i got the map done. its in pdf file or whatever file its suppose to be in. now what?

Post it to mission sharing forum, wait 30 minutes for it to show up on the add-on mission list and for the MP servers to pick it up, then start playing it with other players. When you want to update it, edit the existing post and replace the download with a new version.
