This mission is way too hard!! I have tried everything and yet OMNI manages to completely halt my efforts no matter what. Any strategies that could help?

The enemy has a base in the lower left corner, if you can set up a group to take out there farmer, (due south), that should help. I'm stuck too because I'm so greedy on how many troops to hold back and run them through.
