What is the differences between the RED, BLUE, and YELLOW color code on the game stats in the leaderboard? Are different colors given different rating points? I know that if there are no color bar on that game stat, it means that, that game does not count toward my ratings.

It is the color of the winning side. If it was a team game, it is the color of one of the winning sides.
