HELP!!!!
Maybe someone can pass this to the right person. I purchase warfare 10 days ago and I still have not received an unlock code. I sent 3 emails to Handango support and filed out one of their online surveys but to no avail. I have tried to contact the company via phone but they only use email to answer questions... I'm not sure what else to do, they have my money and will not send the unlock code. Can someone please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :cry:

Ok, because of the holiday season there has been a little delay in responding to this issue. I appoligize. Each of you will likely be contacted in the near future and informed how you can get your access code. We realize that you paid for the game and would like to be playing it. I assure you this will be addressed ASAP!

I have the same problem. I also purchsed the software for my zodiac and can't get the code. I emailed handmark but that didn't help.

any help would be appreciated.

this will be the last handmark game i purchase some guy named justin nolan emailed me and said he would generate a serial number that was 5 days ago i and i purchased this game on the 19 of december thats rediculous

its so much eaier to go buy the game at a CompUSA, or somewhere where you can have the disk with the SN on it. If you buy another game i would buy it in Hard Copy form, it costs no more than the online one.
