v1.01: added some extra credit to start with, for those who think eight power generators aren't enough and build another one and then feel like they have to sell a HQ to have money for a galaxite processor :s

Needs help. No features.
Have to capture HQ to start game. Have to destroy one HQ so you can build a processor and start playing game.
No instructions. Who are allies?
