How do the countdown's work when you type something in?
Dose it do it by sec. or min. 1 for 1 min.. or 1 sec?

The Start Countdown Timer action takes as input a count of seconds.

Then on the screen while the Countdown Timer is counting down, it will show you MM:SS (minutes and seconds) until countdown.
