Does anyone know if Warfare Inc. is compatible with the 3.0 update that's supposed to hit tomorrow?

Sorry for the dobblepost, but WI works with 3.0. A bit more laggy, though, but nothing more =P

Does anyone else have a problem after hitting the home button to exit that the touch screen becomes un-responsive? I have to reboot my iphone to let my touch screen work again.
This has happened to me twice now that I play some then goto sleep. When I wake up in the morning my screen is unresponsive until I power cycle my phone.
