I tried to download mission by pressing the Add-On Mission Pack button from the main menu. after I click download, it show me
Downloading...
Strating download...

keep this message for very long time, no download.

so any solution? or if I can download from my pc, then upload to iphone?

NO. Just try again. The server might have been down. Lots of changes recently with beta testing in progress for multiplayer games.
