Not yet, though maybe sometime in the distant future. There may be creative ways to simulate this using triggers... it would take some research and experimentation though.

the staff needs to get on this, i really want to make a starcraft mod.

does anyone know a way to just hack the game on the iphone and replace data files and graphics?

Heh, a starcraft mod would be pretty cool. It's probably possible with hours and hours of crazy executable digging. Of course, getting the executable at all from the iphone will be challenging, and then modifying it will probably mess up some checksums or something that the iphone probably has.
