This is strange. I have destroyed 3 power station and I was able to get through the towers without them shooting at me since they were low on power (with the flashing yellow lighting rod sign) but I notice that the enemy's HRC and VTS were still operational even though it has the low power flashing yellow lighting rod sign. Why is this?

I could not finish this level because it keeps producing its men/machines even with power outage.

You might notice that your HRC and VTS will also work with low power. I'm not sure, but it seemed that they produced slower than when fully powered.

You might try some of the suggestions offered to complete this difficult level.

It is supposed to do that, you can do it to, but it just produces them slower, like crackerz said.

I think you should destroy 5 power generators and any VTS/HRC you find.

its easy, the secret is, you dont have to kill the vts/hrc because you just need to kill the andy clone guy (whatever his name is). just follow the upper wall and travel down along the left side and make sure you step in front of him so he cant duplicate himself. then its easy to kill him.
