How do you get pass level 1?

Holy smoke, I don't even know how to get pass level 1. I built 2 structures and used all the money and now I don't know what to do next.

I keep moving the vehicles around and explore all the space available but don't find anything.

What should I do?

Are you building the buildings they tell you to? Did you build a Galaxite Processor? Did you build a Human Resource Center?

It is important to follow the little hints that the game gives you. If you are following the dialog and you still can't complete the level go ahead an let me know
