You could probably have just replied to your other topic, but I suppose it doesn't really matter...
You just need to use a function called 'Repair' in the trigger editor. Simply create a trigger like this:
CONDITIONS:
- Mission Loaded
ACTIONS:
- Set repairing for Side2 On
You can replace Side2 with whatever sides that you want to repair.

Place the unit, select it and then there should be a unit property window on the right of the screen; set the health percentage box from 0 to 50 or whatever percent you want.
